Every person in a work environment brings various knowledge, skills, and behaviors to the workday. If you have a person in a job where they must change their natural behaviors to complete the job, they will be exhausted. Eventually they could burnout and leave. Or they could be unhappy or unproductive and stay. We will use the predictive Index ® Behavioral Assessment as an example of tools in the hiring and development process that can impact job descriptions, job advertisements, and job satisfaction.
