Welcome to Stronger to Serve 2022

The annual Stronger to Serve national training conference has kicked off with three exciting pre-conference sessions for attendees covering Head Start/Early Head Start regulations, OMB Uniform Guidance regulations and organizational change management.

Nearly 1,000 nonprofit professionals have gathered from across the country at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas ready to learn, connect and lead over five action-packed days.

Two keynote speakers will draw on their own extensive leadership backgrounds to energize attendees about their own paths and objectives. Anna Maria Chávez, the first woman of color to lead the Girl Scouts of the USA, will speak about applying a mission-driven, proactive mindset in all aspects of life. And Dorri McWhorter, current president and CEO of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, will discuss the internal aspects of leadership.

“In this current climate, the stakes are high for nonprofits and federally funded organizations that are persevering amid deep uncertainties in the economy and the communities they serve. The current challenges require fresh perspectives and innovative thinking,” said Kathleen DuBois, leader of Wipfli’s nonprofit, government and education practice. “From leadership and digital transformation to risk management and talent retention, Wipfli trainers and other speakers are ready with new ideas and practical approaches to help organizations reach and exceed their goals.”

If you’re seeking cutting-edge solutions and answers to critical organizational questions, you’ve come to the right place. Stronger to Serve can help you future-proof your nonprofit organization. Get ready to be inspired.
